Makes 2 servings
Ingredients:
3/4 cup quick oats
1 tbsp chia seeds
1/2 tbsp ground flax seeds
1/2 tbsp pumpkin seeds
1/2 tsp coconut sugar
1 tbsp chopped almonds
1/2 tsp cinnamon
1 tbsp maple syrup
3/4 cup almond milk
1 small apple grated
1 tsp almond butter
1. In a mixing bowl, combine all dry ingredients together and stir well
2. Then add liquid ingredients and stir well
3. Place in fridge overnight or for at least 3-4hrs to allow the oats to soak up the liquid
