Salted Caramel Protein Pancakes
I have struggled for so long to make the perfect vegan pancakes, yes these are vegan!
Whenever I would try make vegan pancakes they would always be super dense and dry.
But these were absolutely perfect, light and fluffy but also filling and tasty!
They’re packed with protein so perfect for a post-workout meal or if you’re just feeling like a sweet breakfast.
Makes 6
Ingredients:
1/2 cup plain flour
2 tbsp Salted Caramel Tropeaka Protein powder
1/2 tsp baking powder
1 tsp brown sugar
1/4 cup choc chips (optional)
3/4 cup almond milk
1. Preheat a fry pan with 2 tsp of oil
2. In a bowl, combine all dry ingredients and stir well
3. Add in almond milk and stir
4. Pour batter into pan to make 6 medium sized pancakes
5. Top with your favourite toppings
